“Zach Losco is a Delaware native and graduate of Archmere Academy and the
University of Delaware. He subsequently attended Widener University Delaware Law
School as an evening student, graduating summa cum laude in 2022. His academic
accolades include: Certificates of Achievement in Property, Civil Procedure, Equity, and
Commercial and Residential Real Estate Transactions; membership in the Transactional
Law Honor Society; the Greenwatch Institute Award in Memory of Jerry Shields; and the
William J. and Ella C. Wolf Award in Real Property Law.

Zach’s practice has included corporate formation and governance matters, real estate
and land use, corporate and commercial transactions, and commercial finance. Zach’s
practice now focuses on assisting his clients through all aspects of various Delaware
real estate transactions.

Zach spends his free time with his wife, daughter, and dogs, reading, writing, and
