Judith Jones has over 25 years of civil litigation practice in Delaware with a primary focus on domestic relations practice, in the areas of divorce, property division, alimony, custody, child support and child welfare.  She has been recognized as Delaware Today’s top family law lawyer for years 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021. She is a certified mediator for both Family Court and Superior Court. Judith began her legal practice clerking in Kent County Family Court for the late Honorable William N. Nicholas and retired Honorable William J. Walls. She has civil litigation experience in every Delaware court.
